Finisher (San Diego)

Classification: Full Time or Part Time (Non-Exempt)
Department: Manufacturing & Operations
Reports To: Production Manager

Position Summary

Produces end quality prototype models ensuring they meet company standards using a variety of hand tools. Utilizing customer files to view part details and following instructions on work orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Finishes prototype models, removing support structures, sanding, trimming, cleaning, and detailing model surfaces and performing secondary operations.
  • Completes all paperwork and computer work properly for each job.
  • Demonstrates understanding finishing techniques and work orders.
  • Uses a variety of basic electric and hand tools.
  • Ability to show up on time and ready to work.
  • Follows all company safety policies and procedures and attends all safety trainings related to the job.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Essential Education, Skills & Experience
  • All candidates must be either a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident of the United States.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Regional Account Manager

Classification: Full Time (Exempt)
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager
Effective: January 2023

Position Summary

The Regional Account Manager will lead the territory to hit quarterly and annual sales targets. Responsible for creating quarterly business plans to execute on corporate strategic initiatives. Provides regular quarterly and annual forecasting updates while managing the territory opportunity pipelines. Works closely with team members to ensure that processes are in place to improve our ability to drive efficiencies and achieve sales targets. Establishes effective communication with team members and internal stakeholders and maintains good working relationships by acting as a liaison between Urethane Masters Inc. and its customers.

Primary objectives are to manage timing, quality, and financial results of projects from start to finish, to enthuse the customer with the performance of the product and the services provided, and to deliver business results that meet or exceed Urethane Masters Inc.’s expectation for awarded projects.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts in business, marketing, or equivalent industrial experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in selling to the OEM market – prototyping and low volume production a plus
  • Interest in processes and services for new product development
  • Excellent time management, people relations and communications skills
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation required
  • Proficient in Windows-based office applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well with others

  • 30% regional travel
